Admission for the AY- 2023-24

THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE TO SEEK ADMISSION IN POLICE PUBLIC SCHOOL FOR THE NEXT ACADEMIC YEAR MAY OBTAIN THE APPLICATION FORMS FROM THE OFFICE ON ALL WORKING DAYS FROM 9 AM TO 6 PM  FROM 01-03-2023

  • Application will be issued to 

  1. LKG

  2. 5th Grade

  3. 6th Grade

  4. 7th Grade

 

  • Application will be Issued From 01-03-2023 to  14-04-2023

  • Rs. 100 /- to each application

  • Last date for the submission of filled application is on or before 15-04-2023

  • Last date for admission 25-04-2023

Seat availability details

         LKG - 35 Seats

         5th Grade - 6 Seats

         6th Grade - 17 Seats

         7th  Grade - 15 Seats

 

Fee Structure

        LKG-UKG - 15,100.00

        1st – 5th  - 16,100.00

        6th – 7th - 18,100.00

        8th – 9th - 19,100.00

Note:

  • Only 2 installments are allowed, 50% of the school fee should be paid at the time of admission and remaining should be before the month of October-2023.

  •  If any students fail to pay the school fee in the prescribed date, school will not allow them to attend any of the examinations and no further representation/ appeal against the decision of the school will be entertained.

  •  Fee once paid will not be refundable.

Important points regarding Students admission

  1. As per the Circular of Director, Primary Education, Bengaluru, For the admission to 1st Grade – student should be 6 years old as on  01-06-2025, Hence for the admission to LKG - student should be 4 years old as on  01-06-2023.

  2. The enrollment of the students will be done as per the information submitted by the Parents/Guardian in the Application & Registration forms, if anything found wrong, concerned Parents/Guardian will be the responsible. Action will be implemented on submission of wrong information.

  3. Documents/Certificates which are mandatory at the time of admission are as follows

    • Application and Registration forms should be filled & signed by Parents/Guardian wherever applicable.

    • Transfer certificate from the old school or Birth Certificate.

    • Caste and Income certificate ( If Caste & Income certificate of student is not available then parents may enclose their Caste & Income certificates)

    • Aadhar Card of the student.

    • Two recent passport size photo of student.

    • Medical certificate from the competitive authority, if any student is under medication.

  4. Seats will be allotted on the basis of the performance of the students in the interview conducting by school screening committee members.

  5. School will not allow any of the recommendations and seats will be allotted transparently and impartially.

Admissions will be granted based on written test/interview.

Any amendment to the admissions rule can be made only by the Education Management Committee.

Kindly complete admission process for the academic year 2023-24 before 25-04-2023.
